1. Eligibility for Refunds
To qualify for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
•The item(s) must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
•The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
•Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Non-Refundable Items:
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
•Final sale or clearance items.
•Custom-made or personalized products.
•Gift cards.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

2.Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning your item(s).
3.Ship the item(s) back to our return address within 14 days of receiving the RA number.

•Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
•We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
4. Refund Processing
•Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
•Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and automatically applied to your original payment method.
•Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate a return for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
6. Damaged or Defective Items

7. International Returns
International customers are responsible for return shipping, duties, and customs fees. Refunds will be issued for the cost of the item(s) only, excluding shipping fees.
